Big Brothers Big Sisters of Easterrn Massaachusetts (BBBSEM) facilitates the relationships between all mentee-mentor pairs. Additionally, under the leadership of Terrence McCarron the BBBSEM team coordinates mentoring logistics, including screening, matching and the supervision of both Omega Psi Phi and UMB MBK mentors.

MentorHub is a supportive accountability platform which was created to enhance successful mentoring relationships. MentorHub will collect rich data on the mentoring relationships and allow for personalized, evidence-based intervention delivery to mentees of the UMB MBK program. It will also enable the tracking of mentee-mentor engagement and program outcomes.
